• Provides ongoing support to a two year, Department of Defense $260MM effort that enables the Federal Government to maintain command communications worldwide in a survivable mode that is directed at preventing attacks on the Pentagon similar to 9/11.
• Staffs and leads the verification and validation team, Subject Matter Experts, Logistics Cost Analysis effort and the Integration Logistics Support Plan which is the ILSP documentation effort on the entire system in anticipation of turnover to the Pentagon.
• Supports evaluation of the process, identifies requirements of ownership, operational, maintenance, support and sustain, funding/budgeting, training and establishes databases and Cost Analysis Tools to construct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
