Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has established an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for Information Technology (IT) Services, Systems and Solutions called Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE). EAGLE is a quick, convenient, flexible, agency-wide contract vehicle to be accessed by DHS, its components and other agencies involved in homeland security-related activities.
Base One Technologies (B1) has been selected as an EAGLE Prime Contractor in Functional Categories 5 (FC5) of the Small Business Set-Aside Track portion of EAGLE. Base One provides the full range of business and technical management services that assist in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines and directives.
These documents and guidance will allow DHS to comply with the requirements of law and legislation, and operate the enterprise in an efficient and effective manner.
These services encompass all areas of IT Policy and planning including, but not limited to:
- Enterprise architecture
- Security
- Training
- Enterprise resource management
- Business process reengineering
- IT transformation and strategy
- Organizational change leadership and
